Your own private backyard resort awaits with a heated pool featuring a sun shelf, basketball and pickleball court, beach volleyball, a 9-hole mini golf course, mini soccer field, kids' playground, and fire pit with Adirondack seating. Gather around the built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area for 18+ guests under the Florida sun. With stylish Coastal Interiors, inside, enjoy modern coastal design with light blue cabinetry, gold fixtures, a pool table, plush sectional seating, and an open floor plan with direct backyard access. Every room features a Smart TV with Netflix. Comfortable Sleeping for 18 7 min to Beach 20 min to Clearwater 30 min to Tampa Beach gear is available upon request. Up to 2 dogs allowed ($89 per pet per night, crate trained; no cats) No parties or events Driveway parking for 4 vehicles (no street parking) Heated pool available ($125/night; 3-day notice required) Pool Heating Notice: Pool heating is weather-dependent. During periods of freezing or near-freezing temperatures, the pool heater may not operate effectively or may be temporarily unavailable to protect the equipment. The home looked exactly as it does online, but felt even better in person. Providing a wagon, chairs, and tent for the beach is that extra, above-and-beyond touch that makes every dollar spent worth it. My family wouldn’t have survived the beach day without it. It provided my group of 10 with more than enough space and entertainment for both the adults and kids, especially since we aren’t normally all under one roof. This home delivered in every area. We would absolutely love to visit again and will definitely recommend it to others. The host was very kind and replied quickly!
Host was amazing! Check in was seamless, location was perfect, and the communication was great.
The living space and backyard entertainment was the perfect space for our large group. Also, Annie & the team were also very responsive to our questions prior to travel and throughout our visit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great home base on their travels to the area.
